Recent Successes

The Conservation Alliance enjoyed a spectacular year in 2006. Seven of our grantees succeeded in their work, protecting 1 million acres of land in the US, creating a 4.4-million-acre park in British Columbia, removing one dam in Colorado, and permanently closing 300,000 acres in Montana to new oil and gas development. When we support an organization, we do so with confidence that they will succeed given adequate resources. We hope you'll share our excitement about the recent return on our investments.
