Northwest California Mountains and Rivers & Central Coast Heritage Protection Campaigns

To pass two bills covering public lands on California’s North and Central coasts that together protect 608,500 acres of new wilderness and 690 miles of wild and scenic rivers; establish two new recreation trails (Bigfoot and Condor); restore more than 500,000 acres of public lands damaged by clearcutting and other developments; and designate 34,500 acres in two new scenic areas.
