The Colorado Mountain Club is the oldest and largest human-powered recreation organization in Colorado, with over 9,000 members throughout the state; We are organized to unite the explorers and admirers of the Rocky Mountains, and to protect the important landscapes that are the legacy of Colorado; Founded in 1912, members of the Colorado Mountain Club have been playing in and advocating for the wild lands in Colorado for almost a hundred years.
